The Lorenzo Del Carlo S.p.A., historically Zincheria Toscana, began its activity in 1950 producing articles in pressed sheet metal for domestic use. Today the market leader in the field of galvanizing, painting, steel processing with a total production area of 27,000 square meters of which 9,300 are covered is a Del Carlo Group company, together with a district of Italian companies of excellence: Metalzinco, Macofer and CML, specialized in the various processing phases.

Lorenzo Del Carlo, thanks to his proven experience of over thirty years, cutting-edge equipment and skilled labor is able to perform cutting and drilling operations on steel, according to the customer’s design. Moreover, thanks to the other partner companies: Metalzinco, Macofer and CML is able to provide services of galvanization in centrifuge, shot blasting, powder coating or liquid painting.
TECHNOLOGY
The Lorenzo Del Carlo laboratory, inside the 3,200 square meter warehouse, is equipped with bridge cranes up to 10 tons and equipped with the most modern equipment, it allows the control of the compliance of the galvanized material and a continuous monitoring of the entire production process. Through own vehicles with qualified transporters can collect and deliver the material throughout the national territory. Lorenzo Del Carlo guarantees a work of art, in compliance with current regulations and prompt and punctual deliveries.
ENVIRONMENT
Hot dip galvanizing binds economy and environmental sustainability through the protection of steel from corrosion, extends the life cycle of the works avoiding maintenance and rebuilding. Lorenzo Del Carlo – Zincheria Toscana in its fifty years of activity has galvanized more than 500 thousand tons of steel with a saving for the environment of about 800 million liters of oil, equal to the non-emission of 1,761,500 tons of CO2.
